cv66as Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cv66as website accessible at cv66as.app and all services, games, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a cv66as account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player following successful registration on cv66as.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's cv66as account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a cv66as promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Working Hours" means 09:00 to 23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), seven days a week, unless otherwise stated.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 To register a cv66as account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be accessing the Platform from your own personal device; (c) provide accurate and complete registration information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number; and (d) not already hold an existing cv66as account.

2.2 cv66as reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where cv66as has reason to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

2.3 Players are strictly prohibited from: (a) registering an account on behalf of another person; (b) allowing any other person to access or use their account; (c) registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

2.4 cv66as may at any time request identity verification documents, proof of age, or proof of the payment method used. A Player's account may be restricted or suspended pending satisfactory verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 cv66as accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are credited to the Player's account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

3.2 Deposits are generally processed instantly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cv66as is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or scheduled maintenance windows.

3.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent verified deposit unless cv66as expressly authorises otherwise. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests submitted during Working Hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside Working Hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next Working Hours period.

3.4 cv66as reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

3.5 If a Player has claimed a bonus, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of those funds. Real-money funds deposited by the Player that are not subject to a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification procedures.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 cv66as may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer at the time of availability.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply: (a) bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address; (b) the default Wagering Requirement for matched deposit bonuses is 30x the combined sum of the deposit and bonus amount; (c) only wagers placed on eligible games or markets will count towards meeting a Wagering Requirement; (d) games with a Return to Player (RTP) above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from Wagering Requirement calculations.

4.3 cv66as reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in and met the activation criteria, the bonus and any qualifying winnings will be honoured in full.

4.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus conditions, or making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention to play — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and account termination.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

5.1 All games available on cv66as are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

5.4 cv66as reserves the right to void any wager and reverse any associated winnings where cv66as has reasonable grounds to believe that the wager was placed in breach of these terms or in a manner that undermines the integrity of the game or market.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 All sports betting markets on cv66as, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the specific market rules displayed within the betting interface at the time the wager is placed.

6.2 In-play wagers are accepted up until the in-play betting market is closed by cv66as. cv66as may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice, including during significant match events such as wickets, goals, or review decisions.

6.3 If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, all pre-match wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' account Balances. In-play wagers placed after an event has started will be settled based on the state of play at the time the event was halted, in accordance with the applicable market rules.

6.4 In the event of a manifest pricing error on a sports betting market, cv66as reserves the right to void all affected wagers regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players will be notified of any such void settlement and stakes will be returned.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 cv66as is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without the need to contact customer support: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) session time reminders and automatic session time limits; (c) cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; (d) self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, during which the account will be fully suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

7.2 Players must be at least 21 years of age to hold a cv66as account. This restriction is enforced at registration and at first withdrawal. If cv66as has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period where the Player was found to be under 21 will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the cv66as Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, page designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of cv66as or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cv66as Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform; (b) reverse-engineering or decompiling any software; (c) using any cv66as trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv66as shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond cv66as's reasonable control; (c) any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

9.2 cv66as does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cv66as will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to resolve any technical issues promptly.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits cv66as's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 cv66as reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) cv66as has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the Platform; (c) the Player has failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe; or (d) cv66as is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

10.2 Where an account is terminated due to Player breach, any Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at cv66as's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at cv66as's initiative without Player fault, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 Working Days.

10.3 A Player may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting cv66as support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 Working Days. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to outstanding verification requirements being met.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 cv66as collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at cv66as.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 cv66as will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 12.2 cv66as will respond to any formal complaint within 10 Working Days of receipt and will endeavour to reach a fair resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek resolution through applicable dispute mechanisms.

12.3 These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cv66as with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.2 cv66as's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any term in a specific instance does not constitute a waiver of the same term in any future instance.

13.3 These Terms & Conditions may not be assigned by you to any third party. cv66as may assign its rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that the Player's rights under these terms are not materially diminished.

13.4 All correspondence and notices from cv66as to you will be sent to the mobile number or contact details registered on your cv66as account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date.
